Travel decisions made using AI content
Errors or omissions in AI-generated content

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
TravelGTA offers paid subscription plans that unlock additional features, tools, and platform benefits. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing terms outlined below.
Subscription Plans & Pricing
TravelGTA may offer multiple subscription tiers, including but not limited to Traveler, Creator, and Business plans. Each plan provides different features and access levels.
Subscription pricing is displayed within the app at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan.
TravelGTA reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or plan structure at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated within the app or via email.
Automatic Renewal
All TravelGTA subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) unless canceled before the next billing date.
By subscribing, you authorize TravelGTA to automatically charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
It is the user’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
Payment Processing (Stripe)
TravelGTA uses a third-party payment processor to securely handle all payments.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable Stripe terms and policies.

All agreements, deliverables, and compensation are handled directly between the parties involved.

We reserve the right to evolve Creator and Business plan features as the platform develops.
Traveler Plan Visibility Note
All users, including Traveler plan users, may receive visibility within the platform through standard use, community interaction, and platform features.
However, TravelGTA does not guarantee visibility, engagement, or results for any user tier.
9. Prohibited Activities
To maintain a safe, trustworthy, and positive travel community, users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using TravelGTA.
Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without notice.
Platform Abuse & Security Violations
Users may not:
Attempt to hack, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
Attempt to bypass security measures or authentication systems

Users may not post or promote:

Platform Manipulation & Abuse
Users may not:

Attempt to disrupt the normal functioning of the platform

10. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelGTA’s total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to TravelGTA in the previous 12 months.
If no payment has been made, liability shall be limited to $0.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TravelGTA, its owners, affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and court costs) arising from or related to:

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or suspension of your account and your use of the platform.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
TravelGTA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account and/or remove any content at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
This action may occur if we believe that a user has:

Engaged in harassment, abusive behavior, or harmful conduct
Shared misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content
