1. Introduction Welcome to TravelGTA (“TravelGTA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). TravelGTA is a travel-focused social discovery platform that allows users to share travel content, build itineraries, explore destinations, interact with other travelers, and use an AI-powered travel concierge to receive personalized travel ideas, recommendations, and inspiration. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you access or use the TravelGTA website, mobile web application (PWA), and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, accessing, or using TravelGTA, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use TravelGTA. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including travelers, creators, businesses, and visitors. 2. B. User Content and Activity TravelGTA is a content-driven platform. We collect the content you create and share, including: Travel Content Photos and videos you upload Captions, descriptions, and location tags Comments, likes, follows, and interactions Saved posts and bookmarks Travel Planning Content Itineraries you create and edit Trip details, notes, destinations, and activities AI-assisted itinerary edits or enhancements AI Concierge Interactions Questions and prompts you send to the TravelGTA AI Concierge Travel preferences and trip details you provide Generated responses and itinerary suggestions Creator & Business Features (if applicable) Shop links or product links added to profiles Business or creator profile details Campaign or partnership information submitted on the Platform Content you choose to make public may be visible to other users on the Platform. C. Usage and Device Information We automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you use TravelGTA, including: Device type and operating system Browser type and version IP address and approximate location Pages viewed and features used App interactions and engagement metrics Date and time of visits Referring URLs and navigation paths This helps us improve performance, security, and user experience. D. Subscription & Payment Information When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We may receive limited billing-related information, such as: Subscription plan and billing status Payment confirmation and transaction metadata TravelGTA does not store full payment card details. 3. AI & Conversation Data TravelGTA includes an AI-powered travel concierge that allows users to ask travel-related questions, generate itineraries, and receive recommendations. To provide and improve this feature, TravelGTA collects and processes certain information related to user interactions with the AI concierge. AI Conversations When you use the TravelGTA AI concierge, we collect and store: Questions and prompts you submit Responses generated by the AI Itineraries or travel plans created through the AI Edits or enhancements made using AI features These interactions are stored so that: You can revisit conversations during your session We can improve the performance, quality, and safety of the AI concierge We can troubleshoot issues and maintain service reliability How AI Data Is Used AI conversation data may be analyzed in an aggregated and anonymized manner to: Improve AI accuracy and performance Enhance travel recommendations and itinerary quality Identify bugs, errors, or misuse of the service Improve overall user experience TravelGTA does not use AI conversations to personally identify users unless required for security, legal, or safety reasons. Third-Party AI Providers TravelGTA uses trusted third-party AI technology providers to power the AI concierge. When you interact with the AI concierge, certain prompts and conversation data may be securely transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating responses. These providers are contractually obligated to handle data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. No Guarantee of Accuracy AI-generated responses are intended for informational and inspirational purposes only. While we aim to provide helpful travel guidance, AI responses may: Be incomplete Contain errors Become outdated over time Users should independently verify important travel details such as: Visa and entry requirements Safety advisories Local laws and regulations Pricing and availability of services TravelGTA is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated information. 4. Payment & Subscription Data TravelGTA offers paid subscription plans for certain features. Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. Payment Processing All payments made on TravelGTA are processed by Stripe (or another approved payment processor). TravelGTA does not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card or debit card numbers. When you enter payment information, it is transmitted directly to the payment processor using secure encryption. Information We Receive From Payment Providers Although TravelGTA does not store your payment card details, we do receive limited billing information necessary to manage your subscription, including: Subscription plan and pricing tier Payment status (successful, failed, refunded, or disputed) Billing dates and renewal status Customer ID or subscription ID provided by the payment processor This information is used only to: Activate and manage your subscription Provide customer support Handle billing inquiries Prevent fraud and abuse Third-Party Payment Policies Your payment information is governed by the payment processor’s own privacy policy and terms of service. How Your Content Is Shared TravelGTA is a social platform designed for sharing travel-related content with other TravelGTA users. By using the platform, you understand and agree that certain information is visible to other users within the TravelGTA community. Public Profile Within the Platform When you create a TravelGTA account, your profile becomes visible to other logged-in TravelGTA users. Your profile may include: Username Profile photo Bio and profile details Follower and following counts Links you choose to share Travel content you post Your profile is not intended to be publicly indexed for general internet browsing, but it is visible to other users of the TravelGTA platform. Content You Share Content you post on TravelGTA is visible to other TravelGTA users, including: Photos and videos Captions and comments Itineraries you choose to share Shop links or business links you choose to display Engagement such as likes and follows By posting content, you acknowledge that it may be viewed, interacted with, and shared within the TravelGTA platform by other users. Followers and Social Interactions Other TravelGTA users may: Follow your profile View your content Interact with your posts (likes, comments, saves) Discover your profile through feeds, search, and recommendations If your account is set to public (default), your content can be discovered by any TravelGTA user. External Sharing TravelGTA does not sell user content to third parties. However, users may voluntarily share links to TravelGTA content outside the platform. TravelGTA cannot control how others share publicly visible content once accessed within the platform. 7. Data Sharing With Third Parties TravelGTA uses trusted third-party service providers to operate, secure, and improve the platform. These providers may process certain user information on our behalf in order to deliver core functionality. We only share information that is necessary for these services to perform their functions. Authentication & Database (Supabase) We use Supabase to manage: User authentication Account creation and login Secure database storage User profile and content storage Supabase processes account and content data solely to provide backend infrastructure for TravelGTA. Payment Processing (Stripe) We use Stripe to process subscription payments and billing. Stripe may process: Billing name Email address Payment method details Subscription status and billing history TravelGTA does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details. Payment information is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with their privacy and security policies. Hosting & Infrastructure (Vercel / Cloudflare) TravelGTA is hosted using infrastructure providers such as: Vercel Cloudflare These providers help deliver the platform globally and securely. AI & Machine Learning Providers TravelGTA uses third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or similar services) to power features including: The AI Concierge AI itinerary generation and enhancement Travel question responses User prompts and related data may be processed by these providers to generate responses and improve AI services. Analytics & Performance Tools (Future Use) TravelGTA may use analytics and performance tools to understand how users interact with the platform and improve functionality. User Content Photos, videos, comments, itineraries, and other content you create may remain stored until: You delete the content, or Your account is deleted or terminated Backups and cached copies may remain for a limited period as part of routine system operations. AI Conversations & Itinerary Data Questions asked to the AI concierge, generated itineraries, and related interactions may be retained to: Provide the service Improve platform performance and AI quality Maintain account history and continuity We retain this data only as long as necessary for these purposes. Payment & Billing Records Subscription and billing records are retained for legal, accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. TravelGTA does not store full payment card details, which are handled securely by Stripe. Legal & Security Retention We may retain certain information longer when required to: Comply with legal obligations Enforce our Terms Prevent fraud or abuse Resolve disputes When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized. 10. Children’s Privacy TravelGTA is intended for adults and is not designed for or directed toward individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children under 18 years of age. If we become aware that an account has been created by someone under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete the account and remove associated data. International Users TravelGTA is operated from the United States and is intended for a global audience. If you access or use the platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence. By using TravelGTA, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. 14.
