1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and TravelGTA regarding your access to and use of TravelGTA.

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or otherwise using TravelGTA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

These Terms;
The TravelGTA Privacy Policy;

The TravelGTA Copyright Policy; and

Any additional guidelines, rules, or policies referenced in these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use TravelGTA.

TravelGTA is a travel-focused social platform and AI-powered travel concierge service. These Terms apply to the TravelGTA website, mobile application, platform features, content, tools, communications, and future updates or releases collectively referred to as the “Service.”

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
The information you provide is accurate and complete; and
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you use TravelGTA on behalf of a business, brand, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that situation, “you” refers to both you and the entity you represent.

Modifications to These Terms

TravelGTA may update, modify, or replace these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, technology, or business practices.

When material changes are made, TravelGTA may:

Update the “Last Updated” date;

Post the revised Terms within the Service; or

Notify users through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of TravelGTA after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Additional Policies

Certain features may be governed by additional policies, guidelines, or rules, including community standards, copyright procedures, creator tools, promotional programs, and feature-specific requirements.

Those additional policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

Minimum Age

TravelGTA is intended for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or use the Service.

TravelGTA does not knowingly permit minors to create accounts. If TravelGTA determines that an account belongs to someone who does not meet the minimum age requirement, the account may be suspended or permanently removed.

Accurate Account Information

When creating or updating an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, including:

Your name and profile information;
Your email address;

Your selected account type; and

Any other information reasonably requested by TravelGTA.

You are responsible for keeping your information current.

Providing false, misleading, deceptive, or incomplete information may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

Protecting your login credentials;
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password;

All activity conducted through your account; and

Promptly notifying TravelGTA of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not:

Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals;
Permit another person to regularly operate your account;
Sell, rent, transfer, or assign your account without written authorization from TravelGTA; or
Access another user’s account without permission.

TravelGTA is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Multiple and Fraudulent Accounts

Users may not create or operate multiple accounts for deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative purposes, including:

Evading restrictions or account termination;
Artificially increasing views, follows, saves, or engagement;

Impersonating another person or organization; or

Misrepresenting identity, qualifications, or affiliations.

TravelGTA may restrict or remove duplicate, fraudulent, or deceptive accounts.

3. Beta Program

TravelGTA is currently offered as a beta service. By using the Platform during the beta period, you acknowledge that beta software and services may contain:

Bugs
Errors
Incomplete features
Temporary service interruptions
Changes in functionality
Performance limitations
Data synchronization issues

During the beta period, TravelGTA may add, modify, test, restrict, suspend, or remove features without prior notice.

Beta access does not guarantee that any feature will remain available or that user content, settings, or other data will always be preserved without interruption. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform and protect user data, beta testing may involve changes that affect functionality or availability.

If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other testing information, you grant TravelGTA the right to use that feedback to operate, improve, develop, and enhance the Platform without compensation or obligation to you.

4. Platform Description and Service Disclaimer

TravelGTA is a travel-focused social platform designed to help users:

Discover destinations;
Share travel-related content;
Explore travel inspiration;
Connect with travelers, creators, advisors, and businesses;

Create and organize itineraries; and

Generate personalized travel ideas through AI-powered tools.

Not a Booking Service

TravelGTA is not a travel agency, booking service, tour operator, transportation provider, or travel advisor.

Unless TravelGTA expressly states otherwise, TravelGTA does not:

Book flights, hotels, tours, activities, or transportation;
Sell or fulfill travel packages;
Arrange or manage reservations;
Act as an agent for users or travel providers;
Negotiate agreements between users and third parties; or
Guarantee pricing, availability, safety, service quality, or travel outcomes.

Bookings, reservations, purchases, and travel arrangements are made independently between users and third-party providers.

Informational and Inspirational Content

Content made available through TravelGTA, including posts, comments, itineraries, recommendations, travel guides, community content, and AI responses, is provided for informational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes.

TravelGTA content should not be treated as guaranteed, professional, or individualized travel advice.

Third-Party Providers

TravelGTA may display, reference, or link to:

Airlines;
Hotels and resorts;
Restaurants;
Tour operators;
Attractions;
Transportation companies;
Booking platforms;

Creator or business websites; and

Other third-party services.

TravelGTA does not control or guarantee third-party services and is not responsible for:

Booking errors;
Cancellations;
Price changes;
Availability;
Service quality;
Third-party conduct;
Safety conditions;

Third-party privacy or security practices; or

Losses arising from third-party transactions.

Your relationship and transactions with a third party are governed by that third party’s terms and policies.

Assumption of Travel Risk

Travel involves inherent risks and changing conditions.

By using TravelGTA, you acknowledge that:

Travel conditions may change without notice;
Recommendations may not reflect current circumstances;
Experiences may differ from descriptions or user content; and
You are responsible for evaluating your own travel decisions.

TravelGTA is not responsible for travel-related events including:

Trip delays or cancellations;
Injuries, accidents, or illness;
Lost or damaged property;
Visa, passport, immigration, or entry problems;
Weather or natural disasters;
Financial loss;

Service-provider failures; or

Dissatisfaction with a destination, business, activity, or experience.

5. Community Guidelines and User Conduct

TravelGTA is intended to provide a welcoming and useful travel community.

By using TravelGTA, you agree to act lawfully, respectfully, honestly, and in a manner consistent with the platform’s travel-focused purpose.

Travel-Related Content

Content posted to TravelGTA should be reasonably related to travel, including:

Travel photos and videos;
Destination information;
Hotels, restaurants, attractions, and experiences;
Itineraries and travel guides;
Travel tips and planning information;
Packing, travel fashion, and travel lifestyle content;
Nature and destination photography;
Travel storytelling;

Creator or advisor recommendations; and

Relevant business content.

TravelGTA may remove content that is unrelated to travel or inconsistent with the platform’s purpose.

Respectful Community

Users may not post, send, or promote content involving:

Harassment or bullying;
Hate speech or unlawful discrimination;
Threats or encouragement of violence;
Abusive or degrading treatment;

Targeted personal attacks; or

Conduct that threatens the safety or wellbeing of another person.

Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, distribute, promote, or link to content involving:

Illegal activity;
Dangerous conduct presented without appropriate context;
Human trafficking or exploitation;
Pornographic or sexually explicit material;
Graphic or gratuitous violence;
Fraudulent or deceptive promotions;
Fake travel offers;
Scams, phishing, or pyramid schemes;
Impersonation;
Malware or malicious links;
Political campaigning unrelated to travel;

Spam or repetitive automated content; or

Material that violates another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

Anti-Spam and Promotions

Travel-related promotion is permitted when relevant and not deceptive or excessive.

Users may not:

Flood posts or comments with repetitive links;
Send unsolicited mass promotional messages;
Publish automated or substantially duplicate content;

Use misleading links or descriptions; or

Use TravelGTA primarily to advertise unrelated products or services.

TravelGTA may reduce distribution, remove content, disable links, or restrict accounts engaging in abusive promotion.

Authenticity and Misrepresentation

Users may share:

Past travel experiences;
Current travel experiences;
Planned trips;
Bucket-list destinations;
Travel inspiration;

AI-assisted itineraries; and

General recommendations.

However, users must not:

Falsely claim to have personally visited a destination or business;
Publish fabricated reviews;
Present imagined or AI-generated experiences as personal experiences;
Misrepresent sponsorships or paid promotions as independent opinions; or
Make knowingly false statements about a destination, creator, advisor, or business.

AI-assisted or inspiration-based content is permitted, but it must not be presented in a way that intentionally misleads others.

Enforcement

TravelGTA may:

Remove or restrict content;
Limit content distribution;
Disable links;
Restrict access to platform features;

Suspend accounts; or

Permanently terminate accounts.

TravelGTA may take these actions when it reasonably believes a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Ownership

You retain ownership of the original content you create and upload to TravelGTA, including:

Photos;
Videos;
Captions;
Posts;
Comments;
Itineraries;

Profile information; and

Other submitted materials.

TravelGTA does not claim ownership of your content.

License Granted to TravelGTA

By uploading, posting, submitting, or making content available through TravelGTA, you grant TravelGTA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

Host and store the content;
Display and distribute it through the Service;
Reproduce it as technically necessary;
Adapt its format for different devices, screen sizes, and platform features;
Make it available to other users based on your settings;
Create technical copies, thumbnails, previews, and backups; and
Feature or promote public content in connection with operating, marketing, and improving TravelGTA.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to TravelGTA.

The license continues for as long as the content remains available through TravelGTA. Following deletion, copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, archives, shared content, or systems where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical purposes.

Promotional Use

TravelGTA may feature public content in connection with:

App or website promotions;
TravelGTA social media;
Landing pages;
Newsletters;

Community highlights; and

Promotional materials relating to TravelGTA.

TravelGTA will not sell ownership of your content to a third party without your permission.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you upload.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

You created the content, own the necessary rights, or have legal authorization to use it;
The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
Any required permissions, releases, licenses, or disclosures have been obtained;

The content complies with applicable law; and

The content complies with these Terms and TravelGTA policies.

TravelGTA does not endorse or guarantee user-generated content.

7. User Content and Copyright

Copyright Responsibilities

Users retain ownership of their original content but are solely responsible for confirming that they have the legal right to publish all media and audio included in their posts.

Users must own, license, have permission to use, or otherwise be legally authorized to publish uploaded:

Photos;
Videos;
Music;
Audio;
Graphics;
Written content;
Logos;

Trademarks; and

Other protected material.

Audio and Music

TravelGTA permits:

Original video audio that the user has the legal right to publish; and
Music supplied through TravelGTA’s approved licensed music library.

Users may not upload or distribute copyrighted commercial music from an outside source unless they have obtained all rights and permissions required for that use.

Music obtained from TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or another platform is not automatically licensed for use on TravelGTA.

Publishing Certification

TravelGTA may require users to certify before publishing or scheduling content that they:

Own the content;

Have permission to use it; or

Are otherwise legally authorized to publish it.

TravelGTA may keep a record of the certification, including the user, associated post, date and time, and app version.

A user’s certification does not require TravelGTA to independently verify ownership or licensing before publication.

License to Operate the Service

By uploading content, you grant TravelGTA the limited license described in Section 6 to host, store, display, distribute, format, and promote that content for purposes of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and promoting the Service.

Content Removal

TravelGTA reserves the right to remove or disable access to content that:

Is alleged to infringe copyright;
Appears to violate applicable law;
Violates these Terms;

Violates the Copyright Policy; or

Creates legal, security, or operational risk for TravelGTA or its users.

Copyright Complaints

Copyright owners or their authorized representatives may submit an infringement notice through the process described in the TravelGTA Copyright Policy.

TravelGTA may:

Review the complaint;
Request additional information;
Disable or remove content;
Notify the uploader;
Consider a counter-notice or appeal where applicable; and
Take additional action required by law.

Repeat Infringers

TravelGTA may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly upload material they are not authorized to use.

Users agree to comply with the TravelGTA Copyright Policy, available at travelgta.ai/copyright.

8. AI Features and Generated Content

TravelGTA provides AI-powered tools intended to assist with destination discovery, travel inspiration, recommendations, and itinerary creation.

Informational Use Only

AI-generated content may include:

Itineraries;
Destination suggestions;
Activity recommendations;
Travel ideas;
Experience descriptions;

Travel tips; and

Community-content recommendations.

AI content is provided for informational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes.

It is not professional:

Legal advice;
Medical advice;
Financial advice;
Safety advice;

Immigration or visa advice; or

Guaranteed travel advice.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated content may be:

Incomplete;
Outdated;
Incorrect;
Unsuitable for a specific person;

Based on limited information; or

Inconsistent with current pricing, availability, laws, safety conditions, or operating hours.

TravelGTA does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability, or availability of AI-generated content.

User Verification

You are responsible for independently confirming:

Visa and passport requirements;
Entry restrictions;
Health and vaccination requirements;
Local laws;
Safety advisories;
Weather conditions;
Pricing;
Availability;
Transportation schedules;

Operating hours; and

Booking details.

You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated information when making travel decisions.

AI Interactions

TravelGTA may process prompts and other information you submit to provide AI responses, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you understand how that information may be processed.

Assumption of Risk

You assume responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelGTA is not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, or claims resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or changes in travel conditions.

9. Traveler, Creator, Travel Advisor, and Business Account Disclaimer

TravelGTA offers different account types, including Traveler, Travel Creator, Travel Advisor, and Business accounts.

Creator, Advisor, and Business accounts may receive access to specialized tools intended to support publishing, discovery, profile presentation, planning, and community participation.

No Guaranteed Results

TravelGTA does not guarantee:

Followers;
Views;
Likes;
Saves;
Comments;
Engagement;
Search ranking;
Featured placement;
Partnerships;
Business leads;
Sales;
Bookings;

Revenue; or

Financial success.

Visibility and performance depend on factors outside TravelGTA’s control, including:

Content relevance;
Content quality;
Platform activity;
User interests;
Search intent;
Timing;

Competition; and

Market conditions.

Exposure does not guarantee results.

Visibility and Discovery

TravelGTA may offer discovery and recommendation features intended to help users find relevant content, creators, advisors, destinations, and businesses.

TravelGTA does not guarantee the amount, frequency, duration, or outcome of any visibility or recommendation.

Partnerships and Collaborations

TravelGTA may help users discover or connect with one another.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TravelGTA does not:

Guarantee partnerships;
Negotiate agreements;
Manage deliverables;
Process collaboration payments;

Enforce agreements between users; or

Act as a representative of either party.

Any agreement between users is solely the responsibility of those users.

Platform Evolution

Account tools and capabilities may be:

Modified;
Added;
Restricted;
Tested;

Suspended; or

Removed.

All account types may receive platform visibility through ordinary participation, but TravelGTA does not guarantee visibility or engagement for any user.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not use TravelGTA to engage in unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or disruptive conduct.

Prohibited activities include:

Security and Platform Abuse
Attempting to hack, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to TravelGTA;
Bypassing authentication or security controls;
Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code;
Using unauthorized bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools;
Scraping or harvesting platform data without permission;
Reverse engineering the Service except where legally permitted;

Interfering with platform operation; or

Testing vulnerabilities without written authorization.

Account and Identity Abuse

Impersonating another person, business, brand, or organization;
Misrepresenting identity, qualifications, or affiliations;
Creating accounts for deceptive purposes;
Buying, selling, renting, or transferring accounts;
Accessing another person’s account without authorization; or
Evading suspensions or restrictions.

Fraud and Scams

Publishing fraudulent offers;
Promoting fake travel services;
Posting phishing links;
Soliciting money or personal information under false pretenses;
Promoting pyramid schemes;
Misrepresenting prices, services, or opportunities; or
Using links to redirect users deceptively.

Harmful or Illegal Travel Activity

Promoting illegal travel activity;
Encouraging exploitation or human trafficking;
Encouraging unsafe behavior without appropriate context;
Promoting activities that violate applicable law; or
Knowingly placing users at unreasonable risk.

Manipulation and Spam

Artificially inflating views, follows, likes, saves, or engagement;
Manipulating recommendation or discovery systems;
Posting repetitive spam;
Sending unsolicited bulk messages;

Coordinating fraudulent engagement; or

Attempting to distort platform rankings.

Enforcement

TravelGTA may investigate suspected violations and may:

Remove content;
Restrict features;
Suspend accounts;
Permanently terminate accounts;
Preserve records;

Report suspected unlawful activity; or

Take legal action where appropriate.

11. Third-Party Services, External Links, and Transactions

TravelGTA may contain external links supplied by TravelGTA, creators, advisors, businesses, or other users.

External links may lead to:

Hotels;
Airlines;
Restaurants;
Tour providers;
Attractions;
Booking platforms;
Affiliate products;
Creator websites;
Business websites;
Menus;
Reservation pages;

External stores; or

Other third-party resources.

Leaving TravelGTA

External websites and services are not owned or controlled by TravelGTA.

TravelGTA is not responsible for:

External content;
External privacy or security practices;
Product or service quality;
Payment processing;
Pricing;
Availability;
Fraud committed by a third party;

Malware or harmful external content; or

Disputes arising from an external transaction.

Users should review the terms, privacy policies, refund policies, and security practices of external services before interacting with them.

No Transaction Intermediary

Unless TravelGTA expressly states otherwise, TravelGTA:

Does not manage bookings;
Does not process transactions between users and third parties;
Does not hold funds;
Does not guarantee products or services;
Does not verify every external link;
Does not participate in third-party contracts; and
Is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks involving external providers.

Interactions and transactions with third parties occur solely between the user and the third party.

Affiliate Links and Disclosures

Some external links may be affiliate links.

Creators, advisors, and businesses are responsible for providing legally required disclosures relating to affiliate compensation, sponsorships, gifted experiences, or other material relationships.

12. Account Suspension, Content Removal, and Termination

TravelGTA may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts when TravelGTA reasonably believes that:

These Terms have been violated;
Applicable law has been violated;
A user threatens the safety of another person;
Content is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, illegal, or infringing;
A user attempts to exploit or disrupt TravelGTA;
An account creates legal or security risk;

A user repeatedly violates platform policies; or

Action is necessary to protect TravelGTA, its users, or third parties.

TravelGTA may act with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Termination or suspension may result in the loss of access to:

Account information;
Posts;
Itineraries;
Followers;
Saved content;
Profile information;
Links;

Messages; and

Other platform data.

TravelGTA is not responsible for losses caused by a suspension or termination made in accordance with these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will remain in effect.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Provided “As Is”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelGTA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

TravelGTA does not warrant that:

The Service will always be available;
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
All information will be accurate;
Content will be permanently stored;

Every defect will be corrected; or

The Service will meet every user’s expectations.

Travel Decisions

TravelGTA does not control real-world travel conditions or providers.

TravelGTA is not responsible for:

Cancellations or delays;
Missed transportation or reservations;
Visa, passport, or entry issues;
Weather or disasters;
Injury or illness;
Theft or property damage;
Pricing or availability changes;

Provider conduct; or

Dissatisfaction with a travel experience.

User and Third-Party Conduct

TravelGTA is not responsible for:

User-generated content;
Advice shared by users;
Disputes between users;
Agreements between creators and businesses;
Conduct occurring outside the platform;

External websites; or

Third-party products and services.

Business and Financial Outcomes

TravelGTA does not guarantee:

Revenue;
Bookings;
Sales;
Leads;
Partnerships;
Engagement;
Visibility;

Followers; or

Business opportunities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelGTA and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelGTA’s total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid directly to TravelGTA during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have made no payment to TravelGTA, TravelGTA’s monetary liability will be limited to zero dollars, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TravelGTA and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to:

Your use or misuse of TravelGTA;
Your account activity;
Content you upload, publish, or distribute;
Your external links;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law;
Your violation of a third party’s rights;
A dispute involving you and another user or third party;
A travel decision or transaction you make;

Your misuse of AI-generated content; or

A business, collaboration, promotional, or affiliate arrangement involving you.

This includes claims involving:

Copyright infringement;
Trademark infringement;
Privacy or publicity violations;
Defamation;
Fraud;
Scams;
Misleading advertising;
Personal injury;

Financial loss; or

Contractual disputes.

TravelGTA may assume exclusive control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate reasonably with that defense.

This obligation survives termination of your account and use of the Service.

15. Privacy Policy

TravelGTA collects, uses, stores, and shares information as described in the TravelGTA Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains:

What information is collected;
How information is used;
How information may be shared;
How information is stored;
How analytics and similar technologies may be used;

How user preferences may be processed; and

Rights and choices available to users.

By using TravelGTA, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to the Service

TravelGTA is an evolving platform.

TravelGTA may modify, update, test, restrict, suspend, or discontinue:

Features;
Account tools;
AI capabilities;
Search and discovery systems;
Recommendation systems;
Content limits;
User-interface elements;
Beta programs;

Account types; or

Other parts of the Service.

Changes may occur with or without prior notice where permitted by law.

TravelGTA may introduce paid services, subscriptions, or other commercial features in the future. Before activating those services, TravelGTA may update these Terms with applicable payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund provisions.

Continued use of TravelGTA after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

17. Governing Law, Severability, and Contact Information

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to TravelGTA or these Terms will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.

No Waiver

TravelGTA’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, and other incorporated policies, constitute the agreement between you and TravelGTA regarding use of the Service.

TravelGTA may restrict or remove duplicate, fraudulent, or deceptive accounts.

3. Beta Program

TravelGTA is currently offered as a beta service. By using the Platform during the beta period, you acknowledge that beta software and services may contain:

Bugs
Errors
Incomplete features
Temporary service interruptions
Changes in functionality
Performance limitations
Data synchronization issues

During the beta period, TravelGTA may add, modify, test, restrict, suspend, or remove features without prior notice.

4. Platform Description and Service Disclaimer

TravelGTA is a travel-focused social platform designed to help users:

Travel-Related Content

Content posted to TravelGTA should be reasonably related to travel, including:

Travel photos and videos;
Destination information;
Hotels, restaurants, attractions, and experiences;
Itineraries and travel guides;
Travel tips and planning information;
Packing, travel fashion, and travel lifestyle content;
Nature and destination photography;
Travel storytelling;

Creator or advisor recommendations; and

Relevant business content.

TravelGTA may remove content that is unrelated to travel or inconsistent with the platform’s purpose.

Respectful Community

Users may not post, send, or promote content involving:

Harassment or bullying;
Hate speech or unlawful discrimination;
Threats or encouragement of violence;
Abusive or degrading treatment;

Targeted personal attacks; or

Conduct that threatens the safety or wellbeing of another person.

Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, distribute, promote, or link to content involving:

Illegal activity;
Dangerous conduct presented without appropriate context;
Human trafficking or exploitation;
Pornographic or sexually explicit material;
Graphic or gratuitous violence;

Spam or repetitive automated content; or

Anti-Spam and Promotions

Travel-related promotion is permitted when relevant and not deceptive or excessive.

Users may not:

Flood posts or comments with repetitive links;
Send unsolicited mass promotional messages;
Publish automated or substantially duplicate content;

Use misleading links or descriptions; or

Use TravelGTA primarily to advertise unrelated products or services.

TravelGTA may reduce distribution, remove content, disable links, or restrict accounts engaging in abusive promotion.

Authenticity and Misrepresentation

Users may share:

Past travel experiences;
Current travel experiences;
Planned trips;
Bucket-list destinations;
Travel inspiration;

AI-assisted itineraries; and

General recommendations.

However, users must not:

Falsely claim to have personally visited a destination or business;
Publish fabricated reviews;
Present imagined or AI-generated experiences as personal experiences;
Misrepresent sponsorships or paid promotions as independent opinions; or
Make knowingly false statements about a destination, creator, advisor, or business.

AI-assisted or inspiration-based content is permitted, but it must not be presented in a way that intentionally misleads others.

Enforcement

TravelGTA may:

Remove or restrict content;
Limit content distribution;
Disable links;
Restrict access to platform features;

Suspend accounts; or

Permanently terminate accounts.

TravelGTA may take these actions when it reasonably believes a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Ownership

You retain ownership of the original content you create and upload to TravelGTA, including:

Photos;
Videos;
Captions;
Posts;
Comments;
Itineraries;

Profile information; and

Other submitted materials.

TravelGTA does not claim ownership of your content.

License Granted to TravelGTA

By uploading, posting, submitting, or making content available through TravelGTA, you grant TravelGTA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

Host and store the content;
Display and distribute it through the Service;
Reproduce it as technically necessary;
Adapt its format for different devices, screen sizes, and platform features;
Make it available to other users based on your settings;
Create technical copies, thumbnails, previews, and backups; and
Feature or promote public content in connection with operating, marketing, and improving TravelGTA.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to TravelGTA.

Promotional Use

7. User Content and Copyright

Copyright Responsibilities

Users retain ownership of their original content but are solely responsible for confirming that they have the legal right to publish all media and audio included in their posts.

Users must own, license, have permission to use, or otherwise be legally authorized to publish uploaded:

Photos;
Videos;
Music;
Audio;
Graphics;
Written content;
Logos;

Trademarks; and

Other protected material.

Audio and Music

TravelGTA permits:

Original video audio that the user has the legal right to publish; and
Music supplied through TravelGTA’s approved licensed music library.

Users may not upload or distribute copyrighted commercial music from an outside source unless they have obtained all rights and permissions required for that use.

Music obtained from TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or another platform is not automatically licensed for use on TravelGTA.

Publishing Certification

TravelGTA may require users to certify before publishing or scheduling content that they:

Own the content;

Have permission to use it; or

Are otherwise legally authorized to publish it.

TravelGTA may keep a record of the certification, including the user, associated post, date and time, and app version.

A user’s certification does not require TravelGTA to independently verify ownership or licensing before publication.

License to Operate the Service

Content Removal

TravelGTA reserves the right to remove or disable access to content that:

Is alleged to infringe copyright;
Appears to violate applicable law;
Violates these Terms;

Violates the Copyright Policy; or

Creates legal, security, or operational risk for TravelGTA or its users.

Copyright Complaints

Copyright owners or their authorized representatives may submit an infringement notice through the process described in the TravelGTA Copyright Policy.

TravelGTA may:

Review the complaint;
Request additional information;
Disable or remove content;
Notify the uploader;
Consider a counter-notice or appeal where applicable; and

Repeat Infringers

TravelGTA may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly upload material they are not authorized to use.

AI-generated content may be:

TravelGTA does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability, or availability of AI-generated content.

User Verification

You are responsible for independently confirming:

Health and vaccination requirements;
Local laws;
Safety advisories;
Weather conditions;
Pricing;
Availability;
Transportation schedules;

Operating hours; and

Booking details.

You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated information when making travel decisions.

AI Interactions

TravelGTA may process prompts and other information you submit to provide AI responses, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you understand how that information may be processed.

Assumption of Risk

You assume responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelGTA is not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, or claims resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or changes in travel conditions.

9. Traveler, Creator, Travel Advisor, and Business Account Disclaimer

TravelGTA offers different account types, including Traveler, Travel Creator, Travel Advisor, and Business accounts.

Creator, Advisor, and Business accounts may receive access to specialized tools intended to support publishing, discovery, profile presentation, planning, and community participation.

No Guaranteed Results

TravelGTA does not guarantee:

Followers;
Views;
Likes;
Saves;
Comments;
Engagement;
Search ranking;
Featured placement;
Partnerships;
Business leads;
Sales;
Bookings;

Revenue; or

Financial success.

Visibility and performance depend on factors outside TravelGTA’s control, including:

Content relevance;
Content quality;
Platform activity;
User interests;
Search intent;
Timing;

Competition; and

Market conditions.

Exposure does not guarantee results.

Visibility and Discovery

Scraping or harvesting platform data without permission;
Reverse engineering the Service except where legally permitted;

Interfering with platform operation; or

Testing vulnerabilities without written authorization.

Account and Identity Abuse

Impersonating another person, business, brand, or organization;

Creating accounts for deceptive purposes;

If you have made no payment to TravelGTA, TravelGTA’s monetary liability will be limited to zero dollars, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
